Appointments
I offer psychotherapeutic counselling and coaching from my practice in central Manchester (M1). Sessions are available in person, online, or by telephone, allowing flexibility for those with busy schedules or who are based further afield.
Sessions last 50 minutes and are usually held weekly, though frequency can be discussed depending on individual needs.

Fees
My fee for individual counselling and psychotherapy is £90 per 50-minute session.
I have over a decade of clinical experience and am BACP Accredited, a status that recognises high standards of knowledge, experience, and ethical practice. Since qualifying, I have undertaken extensive post-qualification training across multiple therapeutic modalities, alongside postgraduate study, including an MSc in Advanced Counselling & Psychotherapy.
Payment & Cancellations
Payment is made by bank transfer in advance of each session.
If you need to change or cancel your appointment, 48 hours’ notice is required. Appointments cancelled with less notice are charged at the full session fee, as the time cannot usually be offered to another client.
Fees are reviewed periodically to reflect training, experience, and the costs of maintaining a safe and ethical private practice.
