I work with individual adults and offer psychotherapy on a one-to-one basis from my private practice in central Manchester (M1). Sessions are available in person, online, or by telephone, allowing flexibility for those with busy schedules or who are based further afield.
Contact me about a consultation for online therapy or in person therapy via this contact form.
Sessions last 50 minutes and are usually held weekly, as regularity supports depth and continuity in the work. Session frequency can be discussed where appropriate and reviewed as therapy progresses.
If you’re enquiring about organisational or professional work, please get in touch for further information.
My fee for individual psychotherapy is £90 per 50-minute session.
I have over a decade of clinical experience and am an Accredited Member of the BACP, a status that reflects high standards of knowledge, experience, and ethical practice. Alongside my core training, I have undertaken extensive post-qualification professional development across a range of therapeutic approaches, including postgraduate study and an MSc in Advanced Counselling & Psychotherapy.
If you’re considering therapy and would like to explore whether working together feels right, you’re welcome to get in touch. You don’t need to have everything worked out - an initial conversation offers space to ask questions and see whether this feels like a good fit.
