Why high achievers struggle with Imposter Syndrome

It might seem like Imposter Syndrome would affect people who lack experience or ability. In reality, it’s often the opposite. Many of the people who struggle most are high-achieving, capable, and driven. People may appear confident and accomplished, yet internally, they may feel like they do not belong.

What is Imposter Syndrome? Why you feel like a fraud (even when you’re not)

Do you struggle to accept and celebrate things you’ve done well, and recognise them as a result of your ability and hard work? Or maybe you feel your success is a fluke, not quite enough, or that there must be another explanation behind it, other than genuine achievement?
